Patches to Love

    2017 is a year full of extra ordinary fashion like the pastel color, Denim on denim and also the hottest trends which is the Patches. Patches are those cute design that you can put in your pants or in almost everything clothing that you could patch up it is usually convenient for someone that wants to patch their stuffs if something is wreck or ripped. Or they only want a new design for their old stuff.

    Patches boomed when it is on a denim jacket some fashion blogger and artist are wearing and working it on the lime light like the lovely couple which is Jadine and also some international models too. But sometimes overly using of patches can never go out of hand, well fortunately its looks good on some clothing. But if you will put a patches on your flowery designed shirt or polo, don’t, just don’t because sometimes it will not compliment with the clothing’s you patch up with. It will look great on a plain shirt or even a pants that you cannot wear anymore or if you feel like it’s too plain for you can do some creative stuffs with your old stuffs to make it look new and in for the trends.

     Gucci also made its way to the hottest trends and topic when to talk about fashion and style. Gucci revealed there new design of white and black sneakers with patches on it .Like a floral, heart and also an arrow patches.Unfortunately it cost an arm and a leg because of its unique design and style some people bought it. Well it has a good quality of foot wear.

 

    

        

   But if you’re just like me that doesn’t have enough budget but want to go for a stylish outfit and stuff then I have a tip for you. If you want to have Gucci sneaker we can make an alternate option of that, just follow this tips to achieve that kind of shoes:

1.    Find or Buy a canvass shoes (any color that prefer) if you want a not so pricey shoes you could purchase a plain canvass shoes  at any SM department stores its range of cost is only for 300-400 php.   
   
2.       Buy any patches that you want to design in you canvass shoes, but if you want to achieve Gucci floral shoes,  find floral patches thru online stores that sells something like that. (For the Floral patches it will range at 30-120 php but for other design it will range only at 15-80 php only.)

  3.    The most appropriate solution to use to patch the shoes to the patches is definitely epoxy or you could do sew it to have a great quality because if you use the flat iron your shoes could be damaged and sometimes it can go out of the shoes because it doesn’t have a strong support to patch the shoes with the patches that why I prefer epoxy glue or sewing techniques.

4.   After that let it sit and dry for one day to make sure if it will be set and ready to wear.

Clarissa's Guide: Owning your Personal Style

              Hi guys! So I'm just going to share some of my personal style and  tips on how to have your own personal style by making a statement and owning it.

I have this style that whenever I see a piece that will go with some of my other clothes, I will purchase it already.But i always think twice if its a great deal to buy and if it really dwells and goes well with my body shape. I have a Apple/Circle Body Type,its means that i have a relatively narrow shoulders and hips and I'm fuller around the middle. That's why its very hard for me to purchase a clothes because of my waistline and also my thigh is big lol. Here's the first tip for you guys, when your thinking of buying a clothes think  first, If you can actually use it and if your'e comfortable wearing it.Because fashion is not only for style but also for comfort.

   When I'm owning a piece, I always put a twist and  a unique way of owning that outfit,Because not all people have an outfit that is only one pair in the entire world. So I mix & match some of my clothing, so i can wear it twice or thrice in school whenever were having a civilian day.So for the second Tip Be Creative in coordinating your clothes, don't be shy wearing clothes that you think, will make people attract attention.So what it's your stage go shine and stand out in the crowd and own your personal style.

    

  This two outfits were one of my favorite because it provides me comfort and money worthy and at the same time my personal style. On my first photo the dress i wore was only bought at Ukay-Ukay for 119.00php and for the second photo my top was only bought at Divisoria at the price of 150.00php and my cullotes pants at Ukay-Ukay also for only 95.00php. So for my last tip: Buying or shopping clothes at department store or at a "Ukay-Ukay" Doesnt define you as a human being. Branded Clothes could provide us a good material of clothing and a good design. But we can do an alternative way of finding a similar clothing of that in a overrun shop or even in Divisoria the fashion haul of all the women who loves to buys cheap but worthy stuffs.If you guys are still confuse on owning your own personal this a guide for you if you have this kind of body.

1)Hour  Glass- You're curvy in the bust and the butt,with a small waist.

you can wear Tops that are narrow V-Neck and slightly rounded neck line and also vertical stripes.For the bottoms pencil A line and Tulip Skirt.While for dresses wrap design and strapless.In addition the clothes that you cannot wear is high neckline,straight cuts that hides the waist and also Boxy Jackets.

2)Apple/Circle- Its means that you have a relatively narrow shoulders and hips and  fuller around the middle.

you can wear tops that are dark colors,V-necks and for the bottoms mid rise pants,A-line and full skirts.While for the dresses A-line,Bias-Out and empire style.An what not to wear are Belts,Straight-cut bottoms,crop tops and tucked in tops.

3)Inverted Triangle_ Your shoulder are wider than your hips .You can wear tops that are Narrow V-necks,Tailored shirt and jackets and plain and dark colored fabrics and for the bottoms Front pleats,belt,A-line skirts.While for the dress is Peplums and A-lines.What is not to wear are Loud colors and patterns on your tops,Narrowing Bottoms(skinny jeans,pencil skirt)

4)Pear/Triangle-Your hips are wider than your shoulder,with a slimmer,defined waist.You can wear tops that are Wide V-neck,Fun colors,prints and details.For the bottoms Pants that fall straight from the widest part of your hips,dark colors and for the dresses are Strapless,Thin straps,empire waist. What not to wear is baggy tops,detailed and embellished bottoms.

5) You have a straight body,with little to no curves.You can wear tops that are Full and flowing around the bust,empire waist,wide V-neck or U-neck and for the bottoms are skirts with ruching or pleats,pants with full or moderately flared legs.While for the dresses are wrap,empire,flowing skirt and banded waits.What not to wear is Square neckline,loose or droopy styles and dropped waistline

Well I personally recommend this to those ladies, who are still starting to learning some stuffs about make up and also into the fashion world.Because they give all the facts and opinion that are accurate to follow and to do.Personally i have this book and my skills on styling and putting make up have improved because of this book. Thats why i recommend this to all the Besties out there!

      Last 2016 hair trends were all about throwback styles and colorful — like the high-top fade, the Gatsby bob and also the two tone hair color and knot now hairstyle. But for this year there’s a speculation or humor that the new trends for 2017 is for short haired people and also for someone who loves to have an experiment with their hairstyle. So I made a research on what is going to be hot this 2017.

Mid-Length Chop

       The bob has been wildly popular for years, but 2017's rendition is a bit different. Mid-length Chops is for every girl who is rocking a shoulder-length hairstyle you just need to add a few layers to achieve this kind of style. It’s actually a great hairstyle for rounded face because it makes their shape of face a little thinner and it makes there face glow up. I have tip for those who already achieve this hairstyle, if you want to have a hair color go for a lighter shade of blonde and brownish black to make your color more vibrant.

This kind of hairstyle is very popular in the Milan fashion show and also some model like Hailey Baldwin who’s rocking her beachy waves.

The Bob

    The slightly A-line, longer bob that brought the same beach wave texture of long hair up to the collarbones. This trend is for 2 years now and still reigns again for another year.
